Our homepage http://www.professional-printers.com can be accessed from any browser software on your PC or MacIntosh computer. When you enter our website homepage, you will see our customer service links to the left: Request An Estimate, Place An Order, Send A File, and Online Print Center. You can use the links straight from our homepage to send requests and files, but for your continued convenience, we recommend that you click on the Online Print Center link and log in each time you visit www.professional-printers.com.
The first time you log in to our Online Print Center, you must create an account with a password and contact information. The contact information you enter will not be shared with any other person or business not associated with Pressmen, LLC d/b/a Carolina Professional Printers, and your privacy is assured. Each time you send a communication to us through the Online Print Center, your contact information will be automatically added for your convenience, and does not need to be re-entered. We will send you an email confirmation to the address you specify.
Once logged into your own Online Print Center, you will see a menu of Your Orders In Progress including any requests for estimates, unsubmitted, submitted and completed orders, and proofs outstanding. Any item showing a quantity other than (0) can be clicked on (click the number shown) to display complete details regarding each item. Details on each project include the specifications of the job, pricing if applicable, status, proof status, files sent, and job journal notes sent back between you and Carolina Professional Printers.
As on our homepage, our Customer Service links are displayed to the left. Use these links to Request An Estimate, Place An Order, or Send A File. Since you are logged in, each time you use these links, your contact information will be automatically attached to your communications with us, and you will be sent a confirmation to the email address you have provided.
Any time you place an order or send a file, a job ticket is created for you. The job ticket provides both of us with a way to communicate about all aspects of your job as it moves through our system. You may add files to the job ticket at any time, and we’ll use it to add proofs for your review when necessary. The job ticket also allows both of us to add notes to the job at any time, which helps ensure we can keep each other up to date with important information about your project. All information will be attached to the job you click on as you start its progress from an estimate to a placed order with or without a file attached and compiled in your Online Print Center for future reference after completion. Each change will be verified with an email confirmation to the address you have on file.
Jaws PDF Courier© is our new online printer. It has been designed to integrate seamlessly with the Online Print Center. It’s a simple way to send your digital files to Carolina Professional Printers without worrying about your fonts, graphics, and layout being left behind. You can send your files from the native application you created them in, and they will be printed exactly how they look on your screen. Jaws PDF Courier© is a free download (or disc if you prefer) for Windows or MacIntosh that enables you to digitally send your files to us, proof them on-line and submit the order to our website. Install Jaws PDF Courier© on your computer, and you can print your files to us from any application. Your print job will be transformed into an industry standard PDF file, and will be available for immediate proofing… it’s “what you see is what you get” printing!
